Our delicious Noblebräu Beers are now available at 185 King Street! Come on by to try one of our inaugural brews. We are also filling growlers if you would prefer to enjoy the brews from the comfort of your home.

We call this one "Rust vs. Rest" because this was the first beer brewed on our system.  This pale ale is slightly hazy with notes of apricot and citrus coming from the balance of yeast and hops.

Remember the Gushers commercials from the 90s?  This beer will bring you back!  This hazy IPA is super juicy with a blend of citrus, tropical and stone fruits

Low calorie, gluten free and san flavor which means you can make it your own.  Try it with fresh squeezed grapefruit, orange, lemon or lime or as a base for a cocktail.

Named after the guitar pickin’ legend, this lager is made with toasted rice and Vienna malt.  The grain bill allows this beer provide well developed flavors of toasted rice while still maintaining a light body and lower abv.

Clean, crisp and refreshing is what comes to mind for this Mexican style lager. Coming in at 4.7% this brew has a light body with subtle notes of Vienna malt and flaked corn. A very approachable beer to all beer drinkers.

This beer was brewed specially for the Hellbender 20-Mile canoe race which is a benefit to keep the French Broad River clean and accessible to all.   This is a classic New England IPA - prepare to have your mouth flavor blasted

Most will recognize this beer as Oktoberfest.  Clean and balanced with notes of bread and a dry finish.  Prost!

The cream ale is essentially the American Kölsch.  Don't let the name fool you, there is no cream or lactose in this beer.  Light, crisp and refreshing are all the words needed to describe this brew.
