Our Beer

about the Brewery

Noblebräu Brewing opened their doors in November of 2020. With a modest 5-barrel system, brewer Cody Noble’s biggest desire is to continually create new recipes and brew different styles. While you will always find the German Pilsner on the draft list, the rest of the menu is always changing. Cody brings many years of experience in the industry to his craft. Like most brewers, he began homebrewing which he did on the side while bartending at local breweries. Always eager to learn, and in a hub of experts there was no shortage of opportunity for him to grow. Upon completing the Blue Ridge Community College Brewing Certificate Program, Cody was hired at Boojum Brewing. After learning from his friends there and growing with the company he felt prepared to come back home to Brevard and open his own spot. 185 King Street had the atmosphere that he and his wife Madeline were looking for in a taproom and a partnership was born. The brewery was built out next door and they now run both businesses side by side. Come grab a pint, order some food, explore the space, enjoy some music, make a new friend, kick back and relax and join the 185 King Street community.

Small Menu, Great food

We have a small menu of delicious food that can accomodate for most dietary restrictions. We make seasonal changes to keep things fresh but you can always depend on staple items like our jumbo Bavarian pretzel, our fried chicken sandwich and the good burger.
